Goat Milk Soaps in three special formulas

We at Gran' Nanny's Goat Milk Soaps believed our goats produced such fabulous milk that we wanted to put to an equally virtuous use. After all, the ‘ladies’ were producing more milk than our refrigerators could hold. So, we decided to design and develop an line of goat milk soap because of its extraordinary soothing and nourishing benefits. Goat milk soap offers a multitude of health benefits and the longer the soap ages the better it gets! Hence, it has a tremendous shelf-life. Just like us!

Rich in emollients, goat milk soap is a natural way of retaining your skin’s suppleness. Our purebred nubian goats produce milk with 5 percent fat and contains vitamins A, Provitamin B5, Folic Acid (B9), C, D, E, and K — natural ingredients that nourish, condition, and moisturize your skin. Fresh goat milk is in every soap and lotion.

Olive oil is the ONLY oil we use in this product line because we wanted to make the most gentle soap possible. Since we used only one oil, these bars are our softest and must be kept out of water when not in use or they will dissolve. Connoisseur base soaps include palm, coconut, canola, olive, safflower, corn and/or lard. Oils are selected to enhance the affects of essential oils and enrich your skin. Fiesta bases begin with the more traditional oil mixes used in connoisseur soaps but everything else is unconventional. We'll include a variety of fragrance oils, exfoliates, or embedded items, who knows what color but they're special soaps that reflect seasons and Holidays.

After researching soap making techniques and perfecting formulas for more than a year, we launched a goat milk soap product line in 2004. Gran’ Nanny’s Goat Milk Soaps (GNGMS) is supported by an enterprise of individuals. All the ranch hands (a few of us actually do have hands, others have feet, paws, or hooves) contribute to the soaps: the very picky husband, Bob, is the first human tester, and the dogs will be responsible for the pet line (being developed), but it’s the goats who produce the goods.

The Gran’ Nanny team continually researches, tests, and packages the soaps. But I milk the goats then make the soaps and lotions from scratch because I want to make sure that every product meets or exceeds a Gran’ Nanny’s standard of care. I make small batches so I can personally manage the chemistry, coloring, design, and packaging.

We hope you enjoy our products.
